Plain-language privacy policy. The short version: we collect what we need to quote your job, we use it for exactly that, and we never sell it. Ever.
What we collect
When you request a free quote we ask for your name, email, optional phone number, property details, location, a description of your situation, and any photos or video you choose to upload. We also record the technical basics your browser sends (IP address, browser type) for security and abuse prevention.
How we use it
- To assess your property and prepare your quote.
- To contact you about your enquiry.
- To deliver, install, and support your system if you become a client.
That is the complete list. We do not sell, rent, trade, or share your personal information with advertisers, data brokers, or anyone else outside what is needed to do the work (for example, the vetted installation partner in your region, if your project goes ahead).
Photos and video
Images you upload are used to assess the job and are stored on our secured server. We may ask your permission before using completed-project photos in our portfolio; we never publish identifiable people or private addresses from your uploads.
Retention and your rights
We keep enquiry records while your project is active and for a reasonable period afterward. You can ask us at any time to see, correct, or delete your information through the free quote form.
Security
Submissions are stored outside the public web directory on our server and access is restricted. This site is served over HTTPS.
